Praying for Rush

I'm asking for prayer warriors for a little guy named Rush. Rush is my cousin's son. He just turned two last month. Earlier this summer, he was taken from their home near Joplin, Missouri to the Children's Hospital in Kansas City. He has advanced liver cancer and received a liver transplant in late August. That liver was not a match, and they are working hard to help his little body accept the liver. Since the transplant, he has undergone his second round of chemo.

This week, his body started to reject the new liver, keeping the doctors from starting the third round of chemo. Rush is a very sick little boy, with a very weary mom and grandma.

Please pray for:

• The steroids would help stop his body from rejecting the liver
• Doctors can start chemo again
• Healing of the cancer
• Continued provision for my aunt and cousin who have been living at the Ronald McDonald House for months now (they have no source of income)
• Safety and protection of their homes while they are absent
• Healing of hearts as both my aunt and cousin are separated from their husbands
• God would draw them close to His heart and reveal Himself clearly in all of this
